I highly recommend this insurance agent! She explained everything very clearly, answered all of my questions, and offered me many different insurance options. I really appreciated how professional, helpful, and attentive she was throughout the entire process.
One of the biggest advantages for me is that she speaks Ukrainian. This is very important because my English is not very good, and being able to communicate in Ukrainian made everything much easier for me to understand.
This was the best service I have ever received from an insurance agent. She was very friendly, professional, and truly cared about helping me find the right option.

"I am leaving this review because I believe State Farm corporate needs to know about my experience with agent Joanna Kierys and her office.
I have been a loyal, paying State Farm customer for years. When I purchased my insurance through Joanna, I trusted that I was being given accurate, honest, and transparent information about my coverage and pricing. Unfortunately, I now have serious concerns about the information I was given and how my policy was handled.
I have called repeatedly for **WEEKS** trying to get answers and resolve this issue. Despite numerous attempts to reach her office, my calls were not returned, and I was unable to speak directly with Joanna. After years of loyalty and paying my premiums, I find it absolutely unacceptable that I could not even get my own insurance agent to return my calls when I was dealing with a serious problem.
Mistakes can happen. What matters is how you handle them afterward. In my experience, Joanna did not take responsibility, did not communicate with me, and did not provide the level of customer service I believe a State Farm agent should provide.
I feel extremely disappointed and let down by her as both a person and a professional. Based on my experience, I believe her handling of this situation demonstrated a serious lack of accountability, loyalty to her clients, and respect for a longtime paying customer.
I am not expecting special treatment or asking State Farm to simply take my side. I am asking State Farm corporate to **investigate what happened**—including the information I was given when the policy was sold, how the issue was handled, and why repeated attempts to contact my agent went unanswered.
When everything is going smoothly, being an insurance agent is easy. The real test is what happens when a customer has a serious problem. Unfortunately, when I needed my agent the most, I could not get her to communicate with me.
That experience has completely damaged my trust in Joanna Kierys and her agency. I believe I deserved far better treatment after years of being a loyal State Farm customer, and I sincerely hope someone at State Farm corporate takes the time to review this situation."
