"Yet again, I'm impressed as always with State Farm's personal and professional insurance. Ola helped me with a difficult transfer of my mom's car from her old insurance to this office. She was efficient, friendly and quick. One thing that I have and always will love about State Farm is that when you need something taken care of, you simply call the office and a person, who you probably are already on a first name with, answers the phone and handles your issue. There is no nonsense with a phone tree designed to keep you from talking to anyone ever, for you to throw your hands up and just live with your problem. State Farm fixes your problems."
